Are you ready for the full Electric Love Experience? The booking process is right around the corner. Here are a few things you should know beforehand:

• All hotel bookings have a minimum stay of 3 nights in the period of 03.07.-06.07.2025
• Please have your passport, your travel buddy´s passport and a credit card ready.
• Payment is exclusively possible by credit card
• After you successfully booked your ELF Experience, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
• In addition, if your booking was successful, you will receive your festival ticket by e-mail as well  (so you better make sure, all your details were entered correctly 😉). 
• Lastly, your hotel booking will sent through a separate confirmation email.  
• In case you're wondering why no tax is listed – that´s common for travel service providers.
• If you need any additional services related to your trip, such as Early Check In, Late Check Out, Transfers or exclusive activities, don’t hesitate to contact us (elf@thetravelbirds.at)

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• In the event of cancellation, by the customer after booking, or in a case of no-show on the arrival day, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. The cancellation fee includes all services e.g. hotel booking, ticket, etc. 
• Bookings are only possible for individuals 18 years and older.
